Welcome to Pixie Cloth. In these Terms of Service, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Pixie Cloth. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you — our customer — with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). We reserve the right to discontinue any product, and to limit the quantities we offer to any person, region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Pixie Cloth reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment first.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the email, billing address, or phone number you provided at the time of purchase.
Purchases may be returned or exchanged only in line with our Refund Policy. You confirm that your purchases are for personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 — Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when your order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
From time to time we may run promotions governed by separate terms. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms will apply.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information, and to keep it up to date so we can complete your transactions and contact you when needed.
You confirm that: (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are authorised to use the payment method; (iii) charges will be honoured by your payment provider; and (iv) you will pay all charges at the posted prices, including shipping, handling, and any applicable taxes.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our control. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent. The Pixie Cloth name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Pixie Cloth or its affiliates or licensors, and may not be used without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other names and marks appearing on the Services belong to their respective owners.

Pixie Cloth is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Pixie Cloth. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Pixie Cloth, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Pixie Cloth.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud — and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pixie Cloth, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms or any documents they incorporate, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any claim for which we seek indemnification. We may control the defence and settlement of such a claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld).
